What does this guide contain?
This guide contains an 8 weeks total body transformation and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) plan.
It will provide all your training requirements for cardiovascular exercise, circuit training, plyometric and stretching.
There is also a list of warm-up and cool-down exercises to perform.
What results can I expect?
You can expect to get a more toned body, lose body fat and will ultimately gain a better physique.
Your body will also be feeling more fit, healthy and you will have more energy in stamina throughout your daily life.
If you follow the guide correctly, then this is the perfect workout to sustain a year-round bikini body!
What level of fitness do I need to do this?
This 8 Week’s Total Body Transformation Guide was written for individuals who already have a basic level of cardio fitness, or have the intention of working hard to achieve their goals.
There are various high intensity workouts throughout this plan, so due to the nature of these workouts, I don’t recommend for beginners, or people with pre-existing injuries, and/or are pregnant.
I have incorporated the technique of progressive overload into this workout. The first two weeks will consist in body weight exercises and plyometrics. The weeks following will include weighted exercises that may be strenuous for some.
