Payment Policy



We accept payments via PayPal only. The transactions are secure and your safety and security is our #1 priority.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments, and have the option to make payment without creating a PayPal account, using a credit or debit card.

The checkout process on Amanda Branco Fitness is quick and easy, and only require’s your name and email address for billing details. As we do not ship any physical product, we will not require an address at any time during the payment process, unless you pay direct with credit/debit card through PayPal, in which case PayPal will require you to enter your billing address.

Once you have made payment for any of the guides found on Amanda Branco Fitness, the payment should first be cleared by PayPal, and the item(s) will automatically be stored to your account. If your item(s) have not been stored to your account section for any reason after the clearing of payment, please let us know using the Contact Form, or alternatively, email us at, and quote us your order number.


Since January 1st 2015, all digital goods (including electronic, telecommunications, software, ebook and broadcast services) sold across EU borders have been liable under EU law to EU VAT (a.k.a. IVA) charged in the country of purchase, at the VAT rate in that country.

When you purchase any of our guides, you will see an option to select your country on the billing details section. Dependent on if you are based in the EU, the VAT will be calculated automatically and added on to the price you see in our online store. We do not add additional VAT to non-EU countries.

Refunds / Returns

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we have a no refund or exchange policy‘ with all of the digital products found on Amanda Branco Fitness, as they cannot physically be returned and/or exchanged.

In the event that an incorrect digital guide or document has been sent to you in error, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange, or consider a refund.

All digital guide sales are considered final at checkout with no option for return, exchange or refund.
