General Questions

  • I've sent a message via contact form, but no reply

    We try to reply back to all customer queries within 3 working days.

    During peak times and seasons, we may be delayed in replying to you. But please bare with us if this is the case!

    If you have still not received a reply from us, then please check your email junk/spam folder, in case the reply may have ended up there. If you still do not receive a reply, then please send us an email directly at amandabrancofit@gmail.com

  • Do you provide any promo discount codes?

    Throughout the year, we may run various promotional campaigns, which will include discount codes to use on all of our products and guides.

    To keep an eye out for what these may be, please follow the instagram account: @amandabranco.wbffpro where we will promote the codes!

    If the code does not work, then it may have expired as these will run for limited periods each time.

  • How often will you release workout or diet plans?

    We try our best to bring you the latest and most awesome set of workout and diet plans. These however, do take time to publish, so please do follow us on our social networks to stay up-to-date on when the next ones will arrive!

  • Do you sell clothing wear?

    Not quite yet, but we do have this at the top of our minds!

  • I'm a male - Can I do your workouts?

    Currently, our guides are tailored at women only. Exercises in these workouts are specifically aimed at helping women achieve their beach body looks.

    We will, however, have male-specific workouts in the future.

Payment Questions

  • Can I get a refund?

    Please have a read of our Payment Policy for our details on refunds.

  • How do I view prices in my local currency?

    Our primary currency is British Pounds (GBP), but you can check your local currency of the prices using our currency switcher on the product pages.

  • Do you accept Credit/Debit Card payments?

    Our primary form of payment is PayPal.

    However, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase our guides. You can choose to ‘Pay as Guest’ and can use any debit or credit card to complete the order.

  • My Payment failed. What shall I do?

    If your payment had failed, this could be due to various reasons. Including, but not limited to:

    • Insufficient funds in your account
    • Credit/Debit Card may have expired
    • Your bank may have declined your payment for any particular reason
    • You may have accidentally entered the wrong card details (Card number, CVV, Expiry date)

    Please double check your details and funds in your account. If for any reason you think you have correctly made the payment but still had it declined, then please check with PayPal or Your Bank, as we do not host any payment gateway system locally on our website.

  • Can I exchange the guide for something different?

    Unfortunately, this is against our terms and conditions. Once you have made the payment and downloaded the file, you will not be eligible for any exchanges or refunds.

    If you think that you have received a different guide than the one you had ordered, then please get in touch with us and we will correct the problem for you.

Guide Downloads

  • Accidentally bought the wrong guide. What shall I do?

    As per our terms and conditions, unfortunately we do not allow any refunds or exchanges for guides that may have been purchased in error.

  • How long before I see results?

    Each of our guides are aimed at achieving results in different amounts of time. We have 8 week workout guides, 10 week, 12 week, and more.

    This is also dependent on each individual person, as everybody has different fitness levels, and can achieve results faster, or sometimes slower, than others.

  • Do I need just a workout guide, or also a diet plan to go with it?

    You may have heard of the term that diet counts for 80% of achieving your desired fitness results – and they’re right (whoever ‘they’ are)!

    Although we may have specific diet plans to achieve certain results, we do ask everyone to maintain a healthy diet. We recommend you use one of our packs, but at the same time, you can also use your own research to eat clean!

    We do not specifically require 2 guides (1 workout, 1 diet plan), to be purchased in conjunction, although it is recommended and will help you achieve your results faster if you wish to do so.

  • Cant find where to download the guide

    Once payment has been made, there are a few places you will be able to download your guide.

    • Your Account section on the website
    • Via the confirmation email you receive
    • Order Confirmation page
  • Do you provide hard copies?

    Unfortunately, we do not sell hard copies. We only provide digital downloads.

    If you would like to get a hard copy, please download the guide and print.

Workout Questions

  • Can I do your workouts if I'm pregnant?

    If you are pregnant, we do not recommend you to participate in any of our workouts, as the exercises are quite strenuous and are tailored for women who are active in fitness on a weekly basis.

    We recommend that you consult with your health care professional for advice on training whilst pregnant.

  • Can I do your workouts if I have existing injuries?

    If you have existing injuries, we do not recommend you to participate in any of our workouts, as the exercises are quite strenuous and can cause further injuries, or even enhance existing ones (dependent on the severity of your injury).

    We recommend that you consult with your health care professional for advice on training with your injuries.

  • I did your workout and now I'm injured

    Each of our workout guides includes a disclaimer on injuries. Our workout guides are written as a reference and guideline on the training regime you can follow to achieve your desired results.

    If you do gain an injury from doing any of the workouts, please contact your health care professional or physician and gather advice on how to prevent any further injury and tips on rehabilitation.

  • What does HIIT mean?

    HIIT stands for “High Intensity Interval Training”.

    It is the best form of circuit training that burns fat the fastest!

    This consists of body or weighted training exercises, mixed in with short bursts of fast paced exercises. The aim is to get your heart racing, then to bring the blood pressure down, and increase it again, making your body work extra hard and to burn the fat away!

  • What is LISS?

    LISS stands for Low Intensity Steady State.

    It involves a consist period of low-level activity. Examples include long distance walking, jogging, cycling or swimming.

  • What is Plyometrics?

    Plyometrics, also known as “jump training” or “plyos”, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength).

    We use Plyos in our workout guides as part of interval exercises between circuits.

  • Where can I get the equipment to do some of the workouts with?

    We try and recommend you do our workouts in the gym, but if you do not have a gym membership, then you can purchase any of the simple equipment we use in our workout guides from online retailers, such as Amazon. They are available widely from various retailers.

    If you believe you can use an alternative, then please do not hesitate to use an alternative.

  • Do I need a gym membership to follow your workouts?

    Not at all. Although we do recommend you have a gym membership, you can equally do any of our workouts from the comfort of your own home. As long as you have the right equipment, or even the right alternative equipment, then you should be perfectly fine to continue doing our workouts.

  • What do I do after I finish your workout guide?

    Once you’ve completed a workout guide, it’s not the end! Maintenance is key!

    You could try our more advanced guides, or re-do your current guide but with higher reps and weights.

    Do not give up, and keep up the awesome work!

  • Can I substitute workouts for others?

    Yes, absolutely! As long as they are of equal effort, then there is no problem to replace workouts with ones of your own.

    Our workouts we have written are used as guidelines on how to achieve your results, and can be achieved with equal exercises.

Technical Questions

  • I used the wrong email address, now I don't have my guide!

    If you are able to login to your account, then you are able to download your guide. If you cannot login to your account, or used an incorrect email address by mistake, then please let us know using the contact form and quote your order number and the email address you used. We will help you!

  • I didn't get the confirmation email when I ordered the guide

    When will I receive my confirmation email?

    Please allow up to 24 hours to recieve your confirmation email.

    I have not received my payment confirmation email.

    If you have not recieved your confirmation email and/or your payment reciept this could be for a few reasons.

    1. PayPal: If you paid with PayPal your purchase will now be associated with your PayPal email address and your confirmation emails will be sent to this email address.
    2. Spam/Junk Folder: Our confirmation emails often get lost in spam/junk folders, so please be sure to check this folder before contacting us.
    3. Incorrect Email Address: You may have incorrectly entered your email address by mistake when submitting your details to our website, you will need to contact us in this case.
  • Can I download the guide to my phone or tablet?

    Absolutely! Simply login to your account from your tablet or mobile device, and click Download next the guide you wish to download inside your account section.

    The guide will then begin to download to your device.

  • My login isn't working, what do I do?

    If you have forgotten your login details, you can use the “Forgot password” functionality on the login page, or alternatively, drop us a message and we will reset the password for you on your behalf, provided you confirm your identity.

  • I've gone to download my guide again, but cant seem to download it anymore. What do I do?

    We have a limit on the number of downloads for each of our guide, for security reasons. You can download the guide a maximum of 3 times. This includes across multiple devices, such as mobiles or tablets.

    If you still have enough downloads left, and are still unable to download your guide, then please contact us and we will be happy to help.

  • How do I change my email address?

    You have the option to update your email address using the Edit Profile page within your account section.
