Come learn how to make this super easy recipe, healthy and delicious zucchini crisp, carrot and parmesan. You can serve as a snack, as an accompaniment to a meat, salad or soup. Made in the oven, they are quick and delicious.
2 cups grated Parmesan light
½ peeled carrot
How to prepare
Grate the carrots and zucchini shells in a bowl and mix them. Add the grated Parmesan cheese light, and mix with a spoon put small portions in a non-stick form, pressing gently to form small “disks”. Parmesan cheese is the “glue” that holds all the ingredients together. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Allow to cool in the oven for 10 minutes.
